John commenced his career in real estate in 1977 with a very simple philosophy - to establish business relationships built on trust.  In 1991 John and his wife Ann extended this philosophy to establish Cunninghams Property as the most respected team of estate agents on the Northern Beaches.

John's innovative and personal approach backed by strong experience, expertise and intimate knowledge of the market has set the benchmark in the industry. His team has become one of the highest awarded by the Real Estate Institute of NSW.  In addition, Cunninghams Property has been recognised for it's Best Practice systems and  operations throughout Australasia.

Early on, John recognised his clients desire to be more involved and informed in the real estate process and has developed a 'partnership plan' with them, a consultative approach where his team and their clients work towards a common goal and focus on a planned strategy together.
