This agency provided the best service i have had in over four months of mystery shopping for the business awards and visiting at least 30 real estate agencies.  When i entered, the receptionist was on the phone.  I was acknowledged by her and Elliott, the Asset Manager who was standing at the counter, immediately turned to me and offered assistance.  When i made my query, he took me into a meeting room to discuss it further.  He happily spent time, was courteous, polite and totally informative.  My query at all the agencies is always the same, dog friendly rental properties, which enables me to accurantely judge the responses.  Although he couldnt help with my query, i could not fault Elliott in any way and left totally impressed.  He is obviously a very valuable representative and asset to the agency.
